Ticketing Policies
Tickets are available for purchase at the Orpheum box office during Orpheum presented events. To see a full list of upcoming shows, please click here. The box office opens one hour before performances and will remain open until 30 minutes after show starting times. Purchases must be made in person. The box office is located within the theatre on the northeast corner of 1st Street and Broadway. The Orpheum box office accepts credit cards and cash. There is a $2.50 processing fee for Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. At this time we do not accept American Express.
Tickets may also be purchased in the Orpheum’s administrative office during office hours, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. All orders processed through the office are subject to a $4.00 processing fee. The administrative office accepts cash, check and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
Tickets may also be purchased through Select-A-Seat at Dillons Superstore locations, Intrust Bank Arena, www.selectaseat.com, and by calling (316) 755-7328.
